Pricing Packages

 

All-Inclusive Package

This package is perfect for the client who wants the whole nine yards - from start to finish. This full-service package includes all of the services that I offer…design and planning of the event as well as day-of-coordination and is one in which you want me to be involved every step of the way.

An all-inclusive design, planning, and coordination experience is $3,499. This option is the best choice for larger-scale, more elaborate events, requiring an extensive amount of planning time and/or a celebration with a sizeable amount of invited guests. Typically, I will spend approximately 40-50 hours designing, planning, and coordinating an event for clients who choose this package.

During your free consultation, I will listen to your overall vision and commit to helping you secure the perfect venue and vendors within your overall budget. The quoted price for this package includes my services, but it does not reflect the cost of services from other vendors you choose (e.g., venue, florists, catering, music, etc.) or cost of décor materials.

For an all-inclusive event package, I will help you with any or all the following:

  • Coordinating with the client and other contacts on all aspects of the event

  • Venue selection for the event

  • Selecting a unique theme or style

  • Overall décor including table set-up, florals, floor plan and layout

  • Coordination with Caterer;  food, beverage, cake and dessert selection

  • Coordination with the DJ, band or other entertainment; music selection

  • Coordination with Photographer and/or Videographer

  • Coordination with venue staff

  • Arrangements for transportation and lodging

  • Guest list management; seating chart assistance

  • Stationary services; save-the-dates, invitations, place cards, event website, menus, table numbers, event programs

  • Addressing and mailing save-the-dates, invitations, and event thank yous

  • Party favors, welcome bags

  • Assistance with choosing the client's attire for event

  • Creating and managing event timeline

  • Contract negotiation with all vendors

  • Budget management and coordination of final payments to vendors

  • Confirmation with all vendors two weeks before the event

  • On-site event day coordination with your planner

  • An additional assistant, if needed (additional fee)

*After our initial consultation and you have chosen which pricing structure you’d like to go with, I will provide you with an estimate of 50% of the fees.  This amount is a non-refundable deposit and is due before I secure your event date and begin planning for you.

*I happily offer Wedding and Corporate event packages.  During our consultation, we will discuss the pricing for these events as the level of services and time commitments of these events vary from other events.

Day-of-Coordination Package

Be a guest at your own event! While many clients enjoy tackling the planning beforehand, they will agree that they do not want to have to worry about anything on the day of the event. They also don't want to have events details falling into the hands of others who should be enjoying themselves. The Day-of-Coordination package is an incredible option to set your mind at ease so you can simply enjoy your important day! You can leave all of the set-up, trouble-shooting, and wrap-up to me! Packages start at $899.

For a Day-of-Coordination package, I will help you with any or all the following:

  • Meet with the client for up to 2 hours prior to event (at least 1 month out) to discuss overall vision for the event; we will also create/review schedule and discuss contracted services. I will make sure that you have everything in place so that nothing is overlooked.

  • Up to two hours of phone/video conference support for the month prior to event for last minute details, etc.

  • Confirmation of services with all vendors 2-3 weeks prior to event

  • Meet with client for up to 2 hours the week of the event for a final event run-through

  • Full day of set-up and wrap up of all the details on the day of event (typically 6-8 hours)

  • Exceptional trouble-shooting and flawless day-of-coordination

  • An additional assistant, if needed (additional fee)

  • À la carte items can easily be added to this package to customize to fit your needs (additional fee)

À la Carte Services

Many clients don’t want or need everything in the all-inclusive package. Some want my assistance with only specific aspects of the event or will want to add only a few additional services to the Day-of-Coordination package. À la carte items are charged at $75/hour.

 À la carte items can include, but not limited to:

  • Assistance with choosing venues/vendors

  • Menu selection

  • Planning/designing décor

  • Designing/creating stationary (invitations, programs, place cards, menus, etc)

  • Designing/creating party favors/welcome bags

  • Day of event set-up/decorating

  • Additional assistant to the planner (*charged at a lower hourly rate)

The cost will depend on how much time you require me to help with these specific services. I offer this option because I want to make it as budget friendly as possible for you. I will establish your needs and come up with something that can fit nicely into your overall budget.

Hourly Rate

This option can be best used in two ways:

For those who want to do most of the planning themselves or who are on a tighter budget but need help with ideas or organization, this is a great option. I will meet with clients a few times for a few hours and help them maximize their planning efforts. You will leave these meetings confidently armed with all the resources you need to take the next steps in your planning process. Meetings are typically held at a location of your choice or via phone/video conferencing. My hourly planning rate is $75/hour.

The second reason this is a good option is because some clients may have a smaller event and/or they only have certain aspects/services that they need assistance with. This option allows clients to pick and choose which areas of their event they would like me to handle for them.
